If the information is incorrect or incomplete, this can result in your claim being rejected. Your Responsibility

NowCompare.com.hk does not accept any responsibility for checking information, or for any errors or omissions and information you fail to disclose to NowCompare.com.hk or the insurance company which results in the invalidation or non-payment of any claims. If you are unsure whether you need to provide additional information not requested by NowCompare.com.hk or you feel that there is an error in the policy information displayed on the insurers website, you should contact the insurer directly before accepting the quote.

Complaints

NowCompare.com.hk operations are completely transparent and we aim to provide the highest standards of service. However, on the rare occasion that we could improve our service, we would like to hear from you. Please send your comments or complaints to: [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have a complaint about a specific insurance provider, we will forward your complaint and pass on your contact details to the insurer so that they can contact you directly.  Your Licenced Technical Representative (Broker) will be able to assist you in identifying the correct contact point at the insurer, but shall not be responsible for and bear no liability for any issues that arise with a specific insurer.

We are not responsible for:

1. Any losses suffered as a result of the information you provided to NowCompare.com.hk being incorrect or incomplete;
2. Any losses suffered due to information provided correctly to NowCompare.com.hk which does not appear on the insurers system due to system error; 
3. Any losses due to NowCompare.com.hk being inaccessible at any time; 
4. Any losses suffered via third party websites, as NowCompare.com.hk cannot guarantee that third party websites are virus free or secure;
5. Any losses suffered due to a virus or attack or other harmful online activity that may damage your computer or data, caused by NowCompare.com.hk downloading malicious material posted on the website or if you click links to external suppliers on our website;
6. Unauthorised access to your personal information from our website resulting in loss or damage.
